Is there really no subscription?
None. You pay once for the tag. The QR profile page it links to stays live for free — we don't charge to keep it working.
What does a finder actually see when they scan it?
Your pet's name, photo (if you add one), a contact phone number, and any note you leave for them — like "friendly, please call, may be scared." We never show your home address or your pet's medical details on this public page.
What if I lose the tag?
We'll replace it free, for life. Since the tag is linked to your account (not a printed code), losing the physical tag doesn't mean losing access — log in and order a replacement.
Do I need the app for this to work?
No. Whoever finds your pet just scans the QR code with any phone camera — no app download needed on their side. You only need an account to edit your pet's profile.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days. Most orders across India arrive within 3-7 business days depending on location.
